The same stay record follows transfers, cancellations and departures. Residents submit notice; owners review rent, deductions and refundable amounts before the resident sees settlement figures. Actual departure and an external refund are recorded separately.

Does a missing document block check-in?

Missing profile information warns and allows check-in. A bed that is still occupied blocks check-in until the conflict is resolved.

Does a token payment guarantee the room?

No. Receipt verification, reservation confirmation and physical check-in are separate decisions.

Can I use a shared joining link?

Personal links are the normal admissions flow. A shared property link is reserved for assisted migration of existing residents, with owner matching and approval.
